While Cyclemys dentata were extremely common in the various markets, the Cyclemys tcheponensis pictured below was the only one of its kind seen.
Note the extremely striking head on this beautiful specimen which had apparently been pulled from the medicinal market area of Qing Ping and was in a large garage type setup with a number of other "special" but not quite pet market grade animals.
